Since our conversion to the FICOR program
in September, 1996, the time spent by staff on collateral protection insurance
administration has decreased dramatically. The time savings in not having to file
insurance notifications in the member file provides the greatest benefit. In
addition, the software used to track incoming declarations and cancellations is user
friendly and has greatly aided in the reduction of time spent on collateral protection
insurance, a feature our prior insurance carrier was not willing to provide. |
